As a MoeBot customer you have the choice of processing your transaction via Stripe or Paypal.
If you would like to pay for your MoeBot over 10 weeks with no interest, we also offer Latitude Pay (Australian customers only). If you are not a Latitude Pay customer you can sign up from the link before finalising your purchase. It only takes a few minutes.
Our website is fully secure to protect your information.
We have MoeBot’s in stock and ready to ship. We aim to have all orders processed and shipped within 24hrs of receipt.
Once you order is shipped we will send you a tracking number. Delivery will vary state to state, our warehouse is located in Melbourne.
Overseas orders are shipped via DHL express. Generally speaking you should receive your order within 10 days.
At this stage we can only provide the demonstration service in Melbourne (Australia) and Florida (USA).
At MoeBot we are all about customer experience. If our videos, social feeds and website aren’t enough to convince you we are happy to come to you and demonstrate the unit.

MoeBot is easy to install and comes with a manual and video instructions, we also have our team who can install MoeBot for you.
if at any time you get stuck, you can contact our team via the website who will help you overcome any installation issues.
If you are located in a region that is not listed in our shopping cart system. We can quote you shipping handling and send you a Stripe invoice directly.
